Drawing diagrams is a very different type of communication than most of us are used to, but it allows us to think in new ways and encourages us to approach problems differently. The Open University’s Simon Bell and Kevin Collins explain why diagrams are so useful, and discuss 5 different diagramming types.

amazing, informative, BUT doesn't explain / show the best / general way to break down an event into understandable parts… perhaps, it is just too complex, too many unknown factors, too intimidating to just even consider thinking about how everything all works together…

This was inspirational. Someone should draw a diagram of ponzi/criminal/feudal global system we euphemistically call world "economy". From master/owner string pullers down to masses desperate for jooobs. Full chain should be included: resource rape and ownership to mass media perception management and governmental/corporate data cooking to suit ideological aims (unemployment? GDP? inflation?)… And then share it for all people to see and possibly find themselves on this pyramid of insanity.
