08 Aug American Flexibility Basis/Kaplan College Full Scholarship Winner Introduced



Co-founder and Chief Government Officer of the American Flexibility Basis (AFF), Army Sergeant Major Jack Tilley (retired) and Patrick Milligan, assistant vice president of navy affairs at Kaplan College, described that the AFF/Kaplan Scholarship Award program awarded $3 million to navy spouses in all fifty states. They then available many thanks to the navy group and introduced the winner of the AFF Full Scholarship Winner for 2014, Stacey Hurte from South Carolina.
