    University of Edinburgh – It thinks its the Oxbridge of the North but really its not. Beautiful city but good luck getting a civil course supervisor and a decent timetable.

    You will not find it.

    Maybe living in too much history is the problem though – go and reflect on that. (Depends on your frame of reference though).
