Even if I a disabled alumnus, Rutgers University denied me disability services, permanently blocked me frm pursuing and graduating from graduate school. Hence, I am blocked from any education opportunities, including resources such as Rutgers' libraries. The government refuses to penalize and continues to protect Rutgers.
