30 Mar Eric Wertheimer studying “Components of Danger: Counting Down”
The Americanist Studying Group is happy to announce an Archival Faculty Discuss led by Keith Miller and Eric Wertheimer, students in the field of American Scientific tests and Office of English college customers at Arizona Point out College
Friday, Oct 9, 2015
ASU Tempe campus
In this seminar, Drs. Miller and Wertheimer will discuss their activities with archival content and what the approach of archiving means to their literary scholarship. Their speak will illustrate archiving as 1 of the basic areas of academic function. Dr. Keith Miller specializes in the American Civil Rights movement and Dr. Eric Wertheimer specializes in early American print tradition. By means of their specific initiatives this dialogue will serve to mutually underscore two vital goals of archiving: 1st, to show how texts improve through the producing and printing approach and 2nd, how navigating archives can deliver historical or cultural connotation to ‘literary’ texts.
The Americanist Studying Group (ARG) invites graduate students, professors and many others interested in the field into round-desk dialogue. We motivate anyone to deliver your inquiries and tips with regards to archival function in your respective fields.
