    I see his point that with applications of Survey Monkey and the like, there exists opportunities where it'll be misused or the research is of poor quality. HOWEVER, i also disagree with him that qualitative research is some abstract skill. Market research comes in all forms, and can be gained simply by talking with a bunch of people.
