02 Aug Louisiana Biomedical Research Network: Summer Bioinformatics Training Program Overview
LBRN, LSU CCT and Pine Biotech are launching a pilot program on project-based bioinformatics. By the end of this summer course, participants will be prepared to read and understand typical methods used in cutting edge research publications and learn to deal with complexities of data processing, analysis and visualization. We will also be discussing exciting applications for bioinformatics in basic and clinical research and discuss independent or group collaborative research projects that can be prepared in a short time.
The program is supported by LBRN in collaboration with Pine Biotech and is offered at no cost to a limited number of participants at supported institutions. Additional registration is available at discounted rates for the complete summer course or for workshops that will be held at LSU Baton Rouge and online.
