That´s is a really simple method and I constantly wonder why no one else thought about this earlier. It´s so easy that we had to go back to basic thinking to come up with it. Thank you Mr. Christensen! At Zenkit we love this method and trying to spread the word ( https://blog.zenkit.com/jobs-to-be-done-take-two-b4e43be7308a ) but there is so much more potential to figure out.

Hiring the Milkshake? I think the ideal is brilliant. It is obviously a marketing perspective, but this is what we all do when we buy things. They all serve a purpose and satisfy a need, that is why we buy them or hire them.

Hiring a milk-shake to do a job? Bizarre. Goes some way to explaining the US obesity epidemic if milk-shakes occupy free hands to do a 'job'. Surely, also, it's pretty self-evident that the job of a milk-shake is to occupy fat people with raw calories.

Looks like this was recorded at the ICA in Boston.

The creepy setting takes a bit away from the presentation… what's up with the screens, looks like he's talking to an audience of prop monitors.
