The proposed scholarship voucher software has flaws that are magnified in the wake of modern budget cuts. NJASA Government Director Dr. Richard Bozza describes that the software could take significantly-desired funds from public faculties and divert them to personal and spiritual schooling. This is at a time when the state simply cannot entirely fund the University Reform Funding Act for all of New Jerseys public faculties. Rethink the voucher software once the state can fund its public faculties, says the NJASA.
