    My fine motor is crap.I have to sit down to get dressed
    I ice.I'm irritable & VERY impatient. working on this!
    My voice is remarkable now! My husband says its because I'm still making up for not speaking for 7 mths!
    I just can't be bothered to push on anymore.
    I road cycle now 30 miles on The Peaks.it replaced my running. See my blogs a rocky stroke recovery.com & wheres rocky. You can also read my raw, candid books -gonnaflynowbook (kindle) they get 5 stars!!!! ;0

    My balance is superb now, I got into this private therapy for neuro injures only, It was super intense 5 days a week 6 hours a day…

    There my balance improved 250%…I can stand on one leg for 30 secs at a time ( it was only a 30 sec test) left and right…I used to be a big skiier, seeing that I do live in the rockies….

    In what area do you need the most improvement?
    For me its my fine motor, my writing is pretty brutal, looks like grade 2….

    Holly shit kate, your doing great…I had my brainstem stroke in 08 at the age of 26 I spent 5 months in the hospital, it took me three years to get back to work, ski, ride a bike, run etc…..How did you recover so fast? I live in Canada and get free health but I was in therapy for three years….Your speech is flawless too…Good job Kate Im jealous……..Zak
