    I am 27 year old male, L5-S1 Spina Bifida, Almost 40 operations, not wheelchair bound, use cane and walker, sometimes wheelchair for loong distance, have one really bad kidney, and one so so. and bowel and bladder and hip and leg problems would this help me out? bone marrow harvest
