    Love it. while I'm down on the floor like that I also throw in Pigeon pose for each glute.
    Then, flow out of pigeon & ease over onto my butt and with legs wide, one knee straight and one knee bent, foot tucked to groin, and do a stretch that simultaneously catches the hamstrings on one side and the quadratus lumborum on the other side. And reverse.
