The clearing system is there to assist people who did not achieve the grades to get into their chosen university(s). So you have only yourself to blame and as for UCAS you can apply to 5 different universities so why not allow for 1-2 backup universities with a lower entry requirement?

Brilliant information but what the f**k, why not explain all this stuff weeks if not months before hand. UCAS is not organised, simple or clear! Credit to those who work on the call centres, who are friendly and helpful. But the system is flawed, inefficient and unfair.
