10 Nov Brain Research at Stanford: Decision Making

October 21, 2011 – Professor Baba Shiv continues the discussion on brain research at Stanford, but takes the topic in a different direction. He focuses on the role that the brain plays in the decision making process that is so fundamental to our existence. He looks at how emotion is interpreted by the brain and ultimately affects the final decision making process.

Sad but true. While the majority of people believe in an objective reality, confidence sells them subjective ideas that are full of lies.

First, he should be talking about MIND, not the transponder brain. Mind uses the brain as interface to the environment; the brain NEVER uses the mind! But then the materialist scientists have a very difficult problem with "functioning" beyond the physical. Remember that esoterically, the "mental" body is three times removed from the physical gray-matter brain, although the brain is its functional tool or instrument in this physical dimension.

    A new Archimedes is emerging!!!

By the way, brain doesn't play only an 'important role' ; brain DOES that decision making process because it's a computer!
